Yes I accept we have been incredibly unlucky with injuries but there doesn't seem to be any back up and loan after loan player doesn't work.
Honestly I feel we should expect (prepare) Championship football next season and get ready for that as the play offs will be just more disappointment.
My opinion whether anyone agrees or not. The prospect of QPR, Fulham and Brentford in the Championship next year is very interesting though.

football has changed it is about young and progressive managers with a fresh approach and fresh ideas.

My sentiments exactly well said Sir..... I'd also like to add that out next manager be it, Steve Clarke or Karl Robinson, I just hope that they have people around them who can spot young English/British talent and work to improve them into very decent players rather than the obscene fees and wages we've been forking out..... Work out performance related pay packets too and reward success rather than pay for players living off past glories.... Apart from Austin and Phillips I'm struggling to think of a player who we've paid massive wages to who's been well worth the fee and or potential.... Mark my words if we can keep Phillips fit he'll be the business for a good few years.... Barton's done ok but he ain't all that really, lots of hot air and gesticulations with relatively little reward over the course of the season.... What a shite night this has been....

With a fully fit squad (with Charlie) we could still see ourselves back to the prem albeit via the playoffs..
