2 points better this season at this stage than the year we won the league. Some people will never be happy. It's our own supporters at times who make us a joke club.
Couldn't agree more!! Leicester had their blip a few weeks ago......now look at them!

comparing points to when we went up is irrelevant. We're 4th......season we went up we were 1st!

By comparing points it just gives a bit of perspective, that's all, and shows an indication that it's not all doom and gloom at the moment.

fair enough. The league seems weaker to me this year so reckon, top 2 will be 90+ points

It's the tactics that stop us scoring, Millwall and Bournemouth have scored more than us. One new striker will be enough as long as we play a more attacking style of football.

I take your point and come the end of the season it comes down to points on the board and not on entertaining performances. I would, however, point out that by Christmas the year we went up we must have virtually murdered about ten clubs. From memory around this time the year we went up I was watching us beat Swansea 4-0. Could you see this team doing that, even against Yeovil? Its stretching it a bit to call our current plight a dip in form when arguably we have hardly really hit form at all the entire season (bar about three pretty convincing games). Our points tally has also been way down for about a dozen games now, that's a quarter of an entire season, with no obvious sign of how it might be improved. I wasn't actually disappointed by not scoring at Watford because prior to kick off I couldn't see how we COULD score. Its the trajectory that is important - can you really detect an upward curve? It would take the acquisition of several players to change that, and Tony bailing out his manager yet again was what we thought the poor bloke was going to be spared this January. Alas not, it seems.

                  Millwall? That's pretty damning...

No. It's called debate with perspective. Having a perfectly reasonable opinion about something which affects one on an emotional level.

This is the problem though. A lot of the opinions voiced on here aren't reasonable, some of them are just plain daft. Some on here talking about changing the manager again..........I mean honestly?!!!

Agree, halfway through the season, one point away from the automatics and calling for the managers head is totally and uncountably not reasonable imho.

How many went into a hissy fit complaining we'd overspent and put the club's future in jeopardy when those signings don't work out?

TF sanctioned those signings based on what his managers wanted. NW said himself he was like a kid in a sweet shop when TF told him he could sign players.

So what do we go with? Hoping TF opens his wallet and backs any signings HR wants, or hope TF keeps his wallet closed and we battle on with what we have?

But we need to consider all possibilities because the continued evolution of QPR is the mojo...right or wrong, people have a right to express their heartfelt opinions, and hopefully we can uncover a gem.
