Almost certain they can't recall him, it's a season long loan so has to stay till the end off the season, same as Carroll only went back to Spurs for treatment but when fit had to come back to us because of his loan agreement which is the same as BAE also Remy & Adel have the same loan deals,and have to stay at Newcastle and Fulham until May.

I think it all comes down to the terms agreed in the loan agreement. I'm pretty sure that a clause can be added to say that the parent club can recall the player at any time. I'm not saying that this clause is there in BAE's case, just saying that it is a possibility.

I don't think that can be true because if it is it makes a mockery of the FA's rules.
