Haven't heard about a swap deal with Everton or any other possible move for that matter, but I did hear on Saturday from a reliable source that Barton's agent has implied he will be looking for a move in the window. When I said that's a load of tosh, my man said it's a possible and he is being hawked around.

An educated guess would suggest that he has been told if we go up and he wants his contrat renewed then it will not be anywhere near the level of the one he's on at the moment. Ergo: Barton and Willy go strutting about and making up lots of tosh to get a better deal...... Because despite his good performances for us, I guarantee that no one in the PL will touch him with a bargepole..... Especially Everton!
