You forgot Carroll. He was written off after 2 appearances as no good.

This thread is about Jenas and his performance today. Which was woeful at best. Not sure why someone then brings our other midfielders into it. He was absolute tosh and should be nowhere near the side again

No. And neither would be in my team. Because, like Ale, they can't score or create goals. AJ can. So he'd play every game when (and if) fit. Only one of O'Neil, Henry, Jenas and Joey ought start. And that's Joey.

The problem with Harry as I see it, is that he puts too much trust in veteran players that once were good. We are repeating the same mistakes of the last time we went up. Too many over 30's players with nothing to prove! We win promotion and will have to built again from scratch. Can't see Krancjar playing like he did today in the Premier. Jenas, O'Neal, Henry, Hill, Dunne....they will struggle and will have to be replaced with younger players. Barton is signalling his intentions. BAE and Carroll is not our players. You do not need to be an expert to anticipate our destiny. Look at Southampton....that's how good football teams are built.
