Decent enough transport links for that site with the Piccadilly line (Park Royal) and Central line (West Acton 2min walk up the Alley) and Hanger Lane (Central Line)
For those that like a booze there are a couple of bars in the leisure complex and few pubs one stop away if you don't mind jumping on the tube - North Acton tube offers the Castle and North Ealing/West Acton the Greystoke
The Bull Ring is also walking distance but think that is now a Polish bar
From a selfish point of view its righ on my door step

Has he ever mentioned keeping us in W12? I definitely remember West London being mentioned, but nothing that specific?Originally posted by W12_Ranger View PostLets be fair its a shite location, either way its more realistic than the Old Oak Superstadium multi stadium complex and major transport hub.
Also in line with the sort of BS I'd expect from Fernandes about keeping us in W12

Not the worst location W12 but not as good as being part of Old Oak Common DevelopmentOriginally posted by W12_Ranger View PostLets be fair its a shite location, either way its more realistic than the Old Oak Superstadium multi stadium complex and major transport hub.

Ealing Broadway is quite active for bars, pubs and restaurants and one stop away so there are still options for those that like to make a day of it when they go down the Rangers

No offence meant as I know you come from around that way but I've never found the borough of Ealing an attractive location especially not the watering holes.Originally posted by West Acton View PostNot the worst location W12 but not as good as being part of Old Oak Common Development

Still probably not going to happen, I mean seriously its taken TF & PB this long to find a shed in Park Royal!!!

Location is better than Old Oak but do you seriously expect me to big up Park Royal and surrounding areas, you're local it shouldn't come as a surprise. The reality of it is its the best realistically we are going to get now if it even came off as W12 is to expensive.Originally posted by Ginger Ninja View Postdo you like anything?Last edited by W12_Ranger; 29-11-2013, 05:03 PM.

12 acres ain't very big.if in 10-15yrs time we are in a situation where we need to expand, we will be stuffed.old oak common is by far the better location with the transport links that will be surrounding and the regeneration around there.if we let Chelsea or Fulham get Ooc it will be a big mistake!

No offence taken W12 was defending the location and it pros rather then the areaOriginally posted by W12_Ranger View PostNo offence meant as I know you come from around that way but I've never found the borough of Ealing an attractive location especially not the watering holes.
