You need to create and play two upfront.

Don't play attacking football; rarely, if ever, play a forward ball.....

Feel sorry for austin. Really do. Bet hes gutted he upped sticks and came down south to touch the ball about twice every ninety minutes. Are the twenty plus goals for charlie boys still sticking to that? Ted?

We have a habit of making good players look like pub players.

I thought the warning signs were there when we had a handful of 1-0 wins. I think a now a days confident Austin playing alongside Johnson should be better in games to come
              Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
              And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

None of our midfielders can score goals. None of them. And only Joey can play a forward ball....

Yeah we do but we can't put charlie in that. Hes ben absolutly brilliant for us and weve have a lot les points without him . Must be frustrating for the bloke as our attacking football is utterly pathetic. One shot on target i mean come on FFS how on earth can you hope to get promoted with stats like that . Chevs been doing well why not give him a crack and go two up top, be bold. All this one up front is driving me ******* mental

We have lacked an attacking edge for 3 seasons now. Austin may as well lean on a post with a copy of the Racing Post.

You're not wrong mate, but just imagine if he had players creating chances for him... I'm so impressed with Charlie and think we have one of the best players around.
