Managed to not only get some time off to get to the game on Saturday but for the first time in ages i may even get their a few hours early. Bringing my son and a few of his mates who are all in their 20's so question is.....best pub within short walking distance (students dont do walking) that will give them the best rangers atmosphere and bear in mind that i am buying so none of this £7 a pint bowlarks. Probably been nearly 20 years since i was last at a game and had time for a beer before going in so not up to date on the local boozer front..cheers fellas

try the Princess Louise, Holborn, hot spot for students, can get a cracking lunch and get change from a fiver. Samuel Smiths, reasonable pint, that should keep the students happy. 5 minutes to the station and half hour to White City
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

My favourite london pub with the full Sam smiths draught range , never considered it for a pre match pint though as its abit far to throw down a double vodka and lime at 2.45 and be in the ellerslie for ko !Originally posted by lymehoop View Posttry the Princess Louise, Holborn, hot spot for students, can get a cracking lunch and get change from a fiver.
