    Hoilett

Hoilett needs to learn to pass the ball to team mates that are in a better position to shoot at goal, just would not release the ball today, and the ball given away to a Burnley player, must be annoying for his team mates.

Yeah his distribution and decision making are very poor at times. It's really frustrating when we play this patient possession football and Hoilett gives it away very cheaply for the opposition to hit us on the counter attack!

Hoilett is a poor mans Wayne Routledge - now there's a player we should have kept.

Tbf he was our only attacking threat today. Needs to be played much further up the field and put in the odd cross or fifteen.... Had very little support from BAE who phoned his performance in today.

He is and always has been an utter waste of a football shirt. Does a great SWP impression though.

True. We shouldn`t play so defensivelsy. Use our best players, play offensively home and away and voila we will win. We are better than most, if not all, of the teams in this division.

He should have been taken off in the 2nd half and maybe try Traore. Hoilett never looked like interested.

Very disappointed in someone over whom there was so much expectation.

Saw this article the other day, which just about summed up the frustration with him and his search for excuses.

Wish hughes had of bought him for stoke, was so gutted when that fell through. Dont rate him whatsoever.on a side note, wish we got tom ince. How is ince still at blackpool,,im sure hes going to be a future star, he is keeping them at the top of the table almost single handedly.

Looked up for it all game imo but his decision making was terrible at times. His physio told him to run a completely different way according to an article a few days ago, could be because of that.
