Maybe he doesn't rate them because they arnt good enough ? I'd expect harry and his team are clued up enough and spend enough time with the players to know who can make a difference and who can't ? We've seen tom in gameplay at this level for what 10 minutes ?? In harry we trust

Kane scored a Hatrick for the U21s last night althought against not very good opposition whether he's the answer or not? but dont see Hitchcock being called up for England?
