As for SM, I really hope he stays but the main purpose of him joining us was to get back into the game and boost his chances of getting back into management so I guess he will go if the job is right for him.

I have since read that Pulis has been scouting for QPR.

The former England manager has been brought in to replace Nigel Clough who was sacked at the weekend

Yeah, some idle journo came out with this dross after Pulis was sat in the dug out before a game earlier in the season talking to Harry. All a myth mate created, as usual, by a lazy hack

Hope he stays as his input as coach has clearly helped improved the squad.

If he leaves, there are a few Man United backroom staff that are out of a job apparently......

I can't see that being true (yet). They are supposed to be holding talks today and I can't believe they're all done and dusted by 10.30am. Could be wrong though (wouldn't be the first time).

I have been reading one of the Derby forums to see what their reaction would be to Shteve becoming their manager. Opinion is pretty much down the middle but there is a lot of talk about Derby changing to a DOF + Head Coach structure. If that's true, I don't see why Shteve would go from QPR Head Coach to Derby Head Coach. Interesting to see what develops.

I would of thought it was done/agreed even before they sacked clough.

i reckon pulis will take steves role on the same sort of short term deal. it gets him working and virtually garuntees a good job off the back of our success.

Mclaren will probably go and I'm sure he's made a big difference but our squad is much better now, we have momentum and we're not going to fall apart if he goes.
As for Harry, there's more chance of us being in the PL than Fulham next year and I think Harry will want to get us up, consolidate us in the PL and finish the job he's started.
I also think he has a very good relationship with TF and that's not guaranteed elsewhere.
