Yes, 'pony' and 'excellent' are the only two descriptions available. FFS...
I don't think he's giving either player a fair crack of the whip, and calling for them to be replaced after less than 90 minutes in for their new team each is ****ing ridiculous.
He's done nothing but whine today.Comment

Thought Phillips was understandably rusty. Good move throwing him on, he's only going to get better. Fast strong and direct. Going to be a real handful when he's 100%.
Carrol is too lightweight for my liking playing centre mid in a 442. Would be alright in a 451 behind the striker, but feel we have better options than him. Henry, Faurlin, Jenas and Krancjar, in no particular order, would be better IMO.Comment

Les Ferdinand would have been bombed out of our club with that kind of thinking. Along with many, many others who have made less than stellar debuts for QPR, and went on to be great servants for the club.Comment

Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.Comment

Carroll's passing a bit approximate but he plays enthusiastically - potential there I think.
Phillips reminded me of Bothroyd, a bit - maybe it's the way he ambled about! As you say though this is his comeback so hopefully he gets back to full fitness quickly. He didn't look 100% ready to be on the pitch today.SAR Season TicketComment

I doubt he or Harry was anticipating him getting more than 15 minutes today if that.Carroll's passing a bit approximate but he plays enthusiastically - potential there I think.

Slow down bread bin, I responded to a thread on how both done today. Both looked poor and didn't I like the look off Phillips who bottled everything today , looked half hearted at times and had poor control of the ball. He might be a world beater against Brighton but today he looked pony!Yes, 'pony' and 'excellent' are the only two descriptions available. FFS...
