    Gallas again.

William Gallas's move to Palace failed to materialise during the window and HR is reported by NewsNowQPR to be mulling over a move for the ex-Spurs defender who is now a free agent.Having sold Samba,Harry wants more experienced cover in defence.

Mmmm, great player in his day, but isn't he just after a last payday like the lot we he last year. Wouldn't moan if we got him, but I thought we were steering away from this type of player now.

Yeah mate, I know he does, that's why I said I wouldn't moan if he comes. I think Harry is one of the best managers in the game, and he has worked wonders on our club since he's been here. Though it looks like we are turning a little bit into Queens Park Hotspurs.

I'd have thought mid 30's Hill & Dunne would be ample regards 'experienced' CB's !

This article indicates he is only 50% fit.

I know it's silly but that really tickled me especially as a couple of weeks ago me and the family were camping in France on a site and near to a river.... Two really ****ed English geezers were waffling on on the riverbank at a ridiculously late hour one night and one of them kept doing those he haw he haw impressions and after every one he did he laughed as if he was Rory Bremner and Mike Yarwood all rolled into role..... They both nearly ended up in the river as, along with an Amazonian Essex Heffer from the next tent we managed to move em along.... Her language was unreal.... She even called them a couple of c@nts...... Hilarious....

                      And he's 36.

But still, in Harry we trust etc.

Most of the best centre backs in the prem are late 20s early 30s

I would rather Baird but perhaps he isn't interested in coming here.

I like Gallas and I think he could do a job for us for a year. We do need cover.

No problem in having gallas as cover , a one year deal would do nicely imo .

Only 50% fit reason he didn't sign for palace.
