Lots of strong teams in the league this year who will take points off each other. So I reckon around the 80pts mark.

80 points is an average of 1.7 per game. or a win and a draw every 3 games. so we are in promotion winning form

We're at 2.3ppg at the moment which is championship form. Lots of teams like that at the moment though, if it's still that way by December it'll be time to get excited.

Well if you aim to finish top then you go up even if you fall a little short and finish second. Anything else is just a lottery.

Cardiff won 25 scored 72 and got 84 points to finish top.
Hull won 24 scored 61 and got 79 points to finish second.

So probably about 80 points and 25 wins and 70 goals will secure promotion.

My maths is rubbish but isn't a win and a draw and a loss every 3 games only 61 pts ? how are you working this out like I said I'm no good a maths ?
