That's not racist and it's not xenophobic. Xenophobia is defined as an irrational fear, but the immigration policies of this country are mad. Doesn't have anything to do with French African footballers though!

I care I must admit, living and working London I come across all different people. I know who I would employ I know who I wouldn't. I don't see why building a team is any different in football than any other professional work place. The divide in the dressing room was clear the last two seasons. When building a team cultural differences and work ethics should always be considered. Many will tip toe around political correctness but I'm not bothered we've the likes of Diakite , Mbia and Traore costing the club well in excess of £100k a week still here and I want rid of the lot them, they are in my book the reason we went down without a whimper last season.

Xenophobia ia a FEAR of that which is perceived to be foreign ...i'm not afraid just angry. Too many immigrants in London whether they are asian or eastern Europeans. If i am labelled racist or a Xenophobe for not wanting so many here and wishing it was more like the England of 30 or 40 years ago then so be it.

Well one specific ethnic/cultural group has been remove from the squad and things are looking a helluva lot better than before, probably just a coincidence off course or maybe you're just plain ****ing stupid

The suggestion is fairly implicit. French Africans = bad. British/Irish = Good

Reducing the skills and attitudes of individual players as dependent on their race/cultural background is simplifying things, at very best.

Not sure why this has extended to a debate about immigration, but not surprised.

thankfully this site is not the bbc and people are allowed to have opinions that are not left-wing, pro immigration etc.
You seem to think if someone has an opinion different from you its acceptable to call him an idiot, while you express your views on here I think others have a right to do likewise
