    Zamora

I'm sure I will be alone in saying this but I really rate him - we are a different team when he plays -he holds the ball up superbly - as a centre half he is a nightmare to play against. He is sound defensively too. Yes, we know he needs to score more goals but I think a fit zamora at championship level would be a real asset

Agree with you he's not getting any younger though and I think the championship will be his standard.

Think a lot of the problem was that he was played whilst not fit. Doubt you can get away with that in the Championship, let alone the Premier League. Prepared to give him another chance as he is certainly a decent option in theory. Eleven fit committed players would be a start though, more than we ever saw last season.

The sooner he leaves the better

One of the games last season we played better when he got sent off

So you want us to be left with just Austin and Johnson - it's clear that remy is offski - genuinely think that Zamora is an asset at this level

Have hardly seen him control a ball in pre-season or win a header. Always seems to just bounce off him. Hope he proves me wrong this season but can't see him doing well

Can't agree I'm afraid. I think he's useless and he can't be arsed at all. IF he pulls his finger out he has the ability to be brilliant in this league but I just feel he's not interested every time he plays.

Since he has been playing with a clear disability I wouldn't even have him on the bench.

Mobility has completely gone and that is why I think Austin was a must signing and in a way more important than hooper because he's got presence and can do a better job than a player who is finished imo
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

think he can do a job for us tbh... theres just so many occassions where i watch him though and everyone around is screaming "SHOOOOOOTTTTTT!" only for bobby to provide a **** pass across the box to nobody and waste a chance.

Such a frustrating player to watch.

You sure do have a way with words but agree with pretty much all of that

                          Ta.

It's nice some people respect my opinion.
Others see it as arrogant and unprofessional but this is a football forum and there will always be fallout's unfortunately.

I might not tow the party line however I try to give an honest opinion.

Zamora is a lazy, injury prone lizard who shows little desire. No better than Bothroyd, but at least he looked interested. That said, I'll support him as long as he plays for us, as I do every player in the hoops.
