Matty I personally don't see it as 'hating' or 'bashing' - more just raising questions and debating legitimate causes for concern over our club.

This...its like some feel he cant be criticized. Not all his fault and we have to hope he has learned some vital lessons but ffs say a word againt him and you get jumped on by his fans.

Who bought them? Who signed off on their ridiculous wages and signing on fees? Who hired the managers to coach them and mould them into a successful unit? This isn't a one off error here. This is mistake after mistake after mistake. You can only blame the tools for so long. At some point, you have to ask questions of the toolmaker.

If that is the case then why do you and others constantly use the accounts and figures as a sign that the club is in a worse position than 2 years ago? You don't have a clue about the clubs finances anymore than i do or anyone else on here but i see it used as a negative against Fernandes when in reality the club could be better off. As i have said before just cause you see figures on a set of accounts it does not give a true reflection of the financial position of the club.

We all know the primary reason Beard was appointed - new stadium - is he a good negotiator of football contracts? I guess the jury is very much out on that one - however all the "big" contracts he was offering were signed off by the investors. So who's to blame?

Glevum, is there even any need for a jury on it? After all how could Beard possibly be "a good negotiator of football contracts" when he has ZERO experience in that field? And knowing that fact, what does that tell you about the judgement of the investors you refer to who signed off these contracts?

I'd like to believe TF has learnt from his mistakes but as things stand he still has no one at board level with one iota of experience within the game.

Worse position financially not exclusively though as we are in a worse position in every other way as well...(apart from we now have a stickered up plane which isnt actually ours and we had the worlds first 3D programme last season....yay.)

Do you feel that TF is above criticism? A Chairman who has presided over a relegation whilst nursing the 8th highest wage bill in the Premier League whilst having the smallest attendance and second lowest TV income stream.

Why would I want Flavio back because I criticise TF's dealings to date? I really don't understand that mindset.

I didn't want Hughes and vociferously argued on many other messageboards against Redknapp. His appointment is turning out to be exactly as many people thought it would. Similarly, no, didn't want SWP, Samba or Ferdinand. Proven mercenaries. I did want Barton though, thought he would be (and still could be IMO) very very useful.

Well I reckon at a guess I would say Tarrabt, Remy and Hoilett will definately be going.

He blamed TF because we're now in the Championship. How? He's backed the managers and paid out big money in wages, it's not his fault our managers have brought players in which have been disaster signings.

He's put his trust in the football people of our club. I suppose you were moaning when Flavio was interfering? Which way do you want it then?

Well he quite obviously put his trust in the wrong people. And actually, as Tony's tweets clearly demonstrate, he isn't a micro-manager, so surely he has to bear some of the responsibility for what has happened. And no that doesn't mean he's Satan by any stretch but all this calling people out for questioning Tony's judgement is just as idiotic.

Today was not the time to put out messages like that. Mainly because, unless the deals have actually been done, how the hell can he know who is coming in and going out?

I am still behind him due to the commitment he has shown and continues to show in terms of wanting the best for our club. On the other hand, it is just as reasonable to acknowledge what a complete disaster he has overseen so far, albeit the fault of two awful managers. Maybe that is the lesson he should really learn.

For some people, yes. But there's a fair few that quite simply slate him without any real reasoned or educated back up. Not to mention taking every opportunity to do so, even when TF / the board aren't the topic of convo. Quite cringeworthy at times.
