    Remy......

Everyone keeps banging on about his bail hearing and that he won't move because the transfer window will be shut on the same day......not true!

September 1st is a Sunday, therefore the transfer window officially closes on Monday 2nd September meaning Remy could well be a free man and give clubs 24 hours to sign him.

Paperwork needs to go through by 11pm.

If it's the same day and he get's off, I assume all the bids will come in on the last day. SSN could all to do with QPR again and the sale of Remy!

I hope the hearing is in September.

Where has it been reported that his hearing is on the September 1st? All I've seen is that he's been given bail until September, but no actual date.

The Transfer Window actually closes on the 31st August.

I believe the transfer window closes on 1 September because 31st August is a Sunday (and the FA is closed). I do not know why everybody is talking about a hearing because as far as I know there isn't one. The Met has bailed him until September, but no specific date has been given. I assume that this is because they feel they will have sufficient evidence by then to decide whether they can charge him or not. I do not think that necessarily means a decision will be made in September.

31st is a Saturday, 1st is Sunday therefore deadline day is Monday 2nd September.

I'm positive I read Remy was bailed until 1st September, I hope it's the 3rd!

Bailed until September. No specific date given, so it might end up being the 30th.

Not necessarily any hearing at all, just a bunch of people not understanding the matter correctly. He hasn't even been charged with anything yet.

In actual fact, there is also a chance he could be free from any charges well before then.

Can't quite believe this is being discussed yet again. Nothing has changed in the slightest.

                  Wouldn't be the first.

Hopefully, she will admit to mistaken identity after Sep 3rd and realises it was actually Ashley Cole.

I refer you to my previous post on this very matter yer honour

I'm sure it's bailed till 1st September and window shuts next day
As for "that gives clubs 24 hours to get bids in" do me a favour!!!
You can be sure there's enquiries, bids in principle and maybe even medicals being done with it all hinging on CPS decision
We will not see Remy kick a ball for us again unless he is charged or more time to consider evidence is granted
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.
