As for Redknapp, he's hardly going to confirm it until its all done and dusted as he won't want to have egg on his face. He also won't go shouting about that we've had a bid accepted in case we lose out. Unless a Premiership side snaps him up he'll be a Rangers player.

I agree with him. Like he said it's time we started doing deals that suit this club, not agents or players. Imo if these clubs want them then make a decision

Those that say Hooper isn't coming say it in such a matter-of-fact way that it seems like they're proper ITKs. Have they spoken to the player? His agent? Either club?
