I reckon the reason Scots make such good managers is because they are not scared I also reckon that's why we had such a Great Empire because we sent the Jocks in first to sort the natives out.
Harry needs to let Joe Jordon off the leash

"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

Exactly. If we are into ugly managers at the moment (we've tried every other category) maybe we should just get back Ian Dowie (he at least is cheap and ugly as opposed to expensive and ugly). Alternatively if we want to re-explore the "sophisticated continental" model of how to lose at football I quite liked Sousa's suits. Or then again is Tommy Docherty still alive? It really doesn't matter, we all know it will be another circus.

Well personally IMHO everyone has slated Hughes and rightly so. But under HR we have been farking terrible. Under Hughes we played some of the best football ive seen for years at LR. Trouble was we couldnt defend any set pieces and we were woeful at the back even though at times our football was very good. Under Redknapp we have tightened up at the back but our football has been absolutely shocking. Players can't even make a simple 10 yard pass. Our best passer of a ball gets loaned out to Palermo and since Redknapp took over our midfield has been headless chickens. Before HR came here i rated HR but he has constantly failed to motivate the players. Personally i wud be happy if he did one.
