Starting to like what I'm hearing

Imagine if some get their way and we stay at LR, then Brentford build a bigger stadium. How will that be received? I wouldn't be happy to see them become a bigger club than us.

I'm glad TF runs us and has a development plan rather than some of those on here who want us to stay static....

In London Arsenal have a new ground, Millwall did some years back, West Ham are going to the Olympic Stadium, Chelsea are looking for a site, Fulham are redeveloping, Brentford are getting a new ground, Spurs will either redevelop WHL or get a new ground.

If we don't keep up we'll die. Simple as that. We'll get overtaken and left behind to play in a ground that is out of date, cramped, and has poor facilities. We won't be able to attract more support because youngsters will go to better places to watch football.

If you think about it, we're building a top class training ground and academy to produce talented players. Do we want our team of the future playing at LR? It's had its day.

We have an opportunity to move to a state-of-the-art stadium that will have a retractable roof. It'll host many events thus increasing revenue. It'll also be an iconic stadium as well because there'll be nothing like it anywhere in the country.

Or we can stay at LR and play in front of 8-9,000 in a lower league.

I've no idea but we play in London, the greatest city on earth. The potential support is out there.

Yeh why not? He is so public about everything that it would be disastrous for him if he didnt complete everything he said he was going to do.

Whether we trust him or not, what can you do about it? If you don't trust him, fine. What are you going to do about his plans? Organise a demo perhaps?

I support what he's trying to do. I take it you don't, which is your prerogative. All I'm saying is if you don't like what he's planning then organise something so he'll listen to opponents of his plans. Perhaps you can organise an opposition group to demonstrate at future home games.

We are his means to secure it. Only problem is they both know **** all about football and have managed to spend millions while making a complete **** up of their first 2 seasons.

As long as they keep chucking money into QPR it will come right soon....just needed a decent manager that knows how to build a squad.

The stadium will be truly amazing and will generate show much income away from football.
This is when phil beard will come into his own.
With the air Asia naming rights the clubs future is looking bright.
Low season tickets will rival teams like Fulham for the floating support .

I'm not offering you advice. I'm simply suggesting that instead of whingeing about it, do something to oppose the plans that's all. Don't moan at me. Take your feelings to the board if you don't like it.
