I know when new people join my place of work we always makw them welcome, go out for a few drinks etc.. I feel that being welcomed somewhere new is just as important as adapting to a new way of life for others.
Just interested in peoples views on this.
On serious note I have never really thought of the old players excluding the new players and assumed divisions were purely financially based. I think naturally people will mingle with those that they get on best with i.e. from whats said above the French speakers are clearly one team and I would assume the two Koreans would more often then not be seen together too
To widen this is was clear when we had the three scouse amigos Orr, Hill and Barton that they were very close and always bantering together suppose its just life. need to find a way going forwards of breaking down the barriers
