My understanding also. Barton won't play another game for us though, and I think there's a deal "in principle" for Cisse to return to Panathanaikos again. Only Faurlin will return to the squad IMO.

I think Barton will play again for us. Harry does not have a problem with him and I dont think will cut his nose off to spite his face like Hughes who wanted to play billy big balls hence why we have gone without Barton this season.

Like him or loath him think our middle would have been better with him in it this season. Him and Mbia would have been a solid duo

Think it depends on if Barton wants to play for us or not he has been making suggestions of wanting to come back to England
