    Cesar set for QPR exit

Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Julio Cesar looks likely to leave the club in the summer and head back to Italy to join AC Milan.

    Paper talk, no more
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

Maybe so, but he will certainly be off. No way on earth will he stick around and play in the 2nd tier of English football.

Do you seriously think he is going to stay, either because he really wants to or the club won't sell him when the opportunity arises?

I don't want him to stay if truth be told. Don't think i'm digging Cesar because it is nice having one of the greats play for my team but Green has been in the Championship & done very well. IMO Green should be the number 1 keeper right now.

I'm all for Cesar leaving if that's what he wants but i'm really sure this is just another silly paper trying to get readers

Unbelievable ! some of the Posts on this thread! The Man has been Class in almost every game he has played this season! with out some of his performances we would probably already be down!

Some people have very short memories.

If he does go so be it but he has stated that he would like to stay.

The speed at which fans turn on the players at our club is depressing at times

                  Good post.

Cesar was immense until he got injured. I think he may have been brought back to soon as his form was slightly down on what it had been, but he was one of the divisions best keepers for a long spell.

As for him leaving - I think he would and why wouldn't he?

He was class throughout January for us, svaed us on numerous occasions. Been pretty shakey to say the least ever since.

Especially with his home World Cup looming next summer. No chance whatsoever...

Been great for us. Few bad ones as expected but probably faced more shots than any keeper in the league I'd imagine but if he wants to go then bye.

Got a very good keeper in Rob
Green who in fairness to him has done very well for us when called upon this season.

Has saved us a few times this season and cost us as well.

Certanly not as good as I thought he would be.

Not a complete disaster should he go, in fact I hope he f*cks off and gets off our wage bill.

we just can't pay £50,000 a week in the 2nd tier, not in my top 5 Rangers goalies and will be happy with Greeny between the sticks
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
