Maybe it's what this club needed?

Like many have said before, we go down and let the board bring us back up a stronger side.

All depends on who takes over Harry but we can do it.

Given the financial situation I wouldn't say that relegation is what this club needs.

Too right. It could take us a season, it could take us 10, but all we want to see is people playing for the shirt. If players cared as much as we do, we wouldn't be in this mess. Let's keep positive for now, but if/when relegation occurs, let's get this club sorted.

Hard to say, Blackburn and Wolves are close to making it two relegations in a row. We should be under no illusion that the Championship is a tough league and it's hard to see who among those that will stay can do a job for us in the Championship, players down there are different breed from those that are nearing the end of their careers having played almost exclusively in the PL. Hopefully we can offload Remy, Samba and Taarabt for decent amounts and get rid of some of the big earners.

Again, I don't think Harry will stay. Perhaps he will for a while, but as soon as a bigger club comes in (which shouldn't take long) he'll be off like a shot, potentially leaving us deeper in the mire than we would be if he left at the end of the season.

Don't think he'll go north too far so it would have to be a London club or in the south, he likes commuting from the south coast

Does he like it enough to want to manage in the Championship rather than the Premier League though? I'm not sure.

We'll be in a much better position if we go down now to bounce back up.

Think Harry will stay. Hopefully keep Townsend for another season he would run em ragged in the championship . Still time to save us yet though

We will bounce back up straight away. Just like we did last time, uhuh.

Familar words uttured by supporters of amongst others

                            Leeds United
                            Coventry City
                            Wolves
                            Blackburn
                            Blackpool
                            Sheffield United
                            Barnsley
                            Bradford City
                            Etc etc etc

The Championship is probably the hardest league in the world to get promoted from, take nothing for granted.
