I have read today that there is an emerging school of thought that if any QPR player fails to shake either Terrys or Coles hand the QPR palyer will receive a booking something about non gentlemanly conduct. If that is the case MH should lay the law down.
I cant see them doing that becasue there's been precedent last season for non hand shakes without such action being taken. To allow it now the rules would've need to have been changed and stipulated, in whic case, it would've been widely reported.

And of course would make a complete mockery of the handshakes.
If they are mandatory and enforced with threat of punishment, how on earth can they be a show of fair play and respect? It would be an even bigger farce than they are now.
