Come on Fox don't be rude, I am sure you're no oil painting either.

      Nice to see him smiling
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

If hes back and in the squad he will get my full support and hope the taste he had in Milan has given him the hunger in his belly to pull his socks up and deliver what we know he can be capable of

          Westy spot on
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Think I'm one of the few who always wanted Joey and AT down the Bush.

I have argued with you for a good 15 years to hear you say that.

Nicely put mate and fingers crossed.

glad to see him back - be a important player for us next year especially with the midfield we have at present. Aoart from charlie, maybe phillips he's our only game changer atm.

Good to see him but I still won't get my hopes up to much that he will be here come August. He is contracted by QPR so he has to be there today. OK he could of gone AWOL but then he could be fined/not paid, etc. If a bigger club comes in for him with the right offer he will be off and deservably so. If not and he is willing to give it his all, we have one hell of a player on our books.

                        We will see.

Watching Adel in the Premiership with QPR is a bit like watching Ronaldo for Portugal or Messi for Argentina in the World Cup. Great players need great players around them to realise their full benefit. It's Adel's fault he's still with QPR - I honestly think he would be great for any of the Prem's top sides, but I doubt he'll ever get that chance now.

I think it's harsh top say he flopped in the Premiership. Since then he's proven he can work in a team that isn't built around him.

It is pointless characterising him as a 'bad sort' and assuming that he's some kind of naughty school kid who has no ambitions and will drag the others down with him, because he's probably got the most to gain if he knuckles down in the next few years. But I guess people see Adel in a certain way because of what he's done and how he's been portrayed in the media and have already made their mind up about him. So we're just going round in circles….

Also, I don't really buy this 'we're a team now' concept. We were very mediocre last year and the team is still completely imbalanced. We've got no pace aside from Traore & Phillips, who might not hack the Premiership, and no creativity.

Pointless selling him without an adequate replacement (eg. Morrison), especially for 2-3M when we're looking at Championship players at prices of 5M+
Thank you for actually watching football and being sane
