Adel to return for pre-season training - do we want him?

We need to bring in quite a few good players imo so seems stupid to get rid of the ones we have. Dressing room is a different place from when he left and dont think him coming back will upset that.

Thats where I disagree, I think he could wreck things personally.

If he is on it and willing to work, then it's a no brainer. Best player at the club.

If he won't buy into it then yes time to sell.

also anyone that has played the game, ie me and chris appreciate players with flair and ability, work horses are easier to sign allbeit the season we finished bottom we had some players with neither.

Not many at all.
But like I said above, it's not his ability I have a problem with, it's his attitude. Do you honestly think he will do what Joey did, knuckle down and play without all the petulance and tantrum throwing?

Just edited my post mate, it's not his ability I have a problem with. On his day, he's a very very good player, without a doubt. But until he completely changes his attitude he won't ever be the world beater he can be, IMO. And I just can't see that change in attitude happening.

getting on a bus, when we were losing at Fulham tells you all you need to know

bad attitude, not a team player and played well about 5 times in 2 seasons in the PL

to all you Adel worshippers, he played brilliantly for us in the Championship 4 YEARS AGO

He does need the correct attitude because he needs to train properly to get that sharpness but I don't just blame adel.
Yes he could use reverse thinking and prove the manager wrong but Harry hasn't really allowed him to.
He spent allot of time on the bench under harry whilst players inferior to him put in disgraceful performances. I don't blame him for feeling fed up with the whole thing.
Playing with better players ie Austin will also help him.

If he's our maverick and the only one then yes all day long. It went wrong last time when we had 6, 7, 8 players all with his mentality.But as things stand atm and its still ealry days but we need him. He gives us that bit of class we are lacking atm.
Would love to answer this question again a week before the season starts and we know who harry has brought in. So because business hasnt been concluded and going on our squad at present im saying YES.
