Sell 300 of these packages each game to 'neutrals' and you're looking at an income of almost £3m a season. Then there's foreign tourists who would like to see a prem match where tickets can be sold through selected travel agencies. That would stop the likes of Millwall 'invading' our ground. Add to that, corporate sponsors, potential sponsors and investors, and it adds up to a tidy sum I'd imagine. Set an area up of say, 1500 seats and it shouldn't be a problem.

In a few years time the channel tunnel rail link extends its operations into Holland and Germany, two passionate footballing nations, and as we know, our new stadium will be located at Old Oak, which is going to become a major rail hub. Plenty of marketing potential for the club.

The same principles could also apply for non-football events at the new stadium.

So no, I don't object to 'neutrals' attending matches if it's going to bring in extra money.
If you are paying £500, I don't think they care who you support! What you are describing is what I would call a "hospitality" section and all clubs have those. I was assuming that the proposed "neutral" section would have the same pricing structure as the home and away sections. I see absolutely no point in that whatsoever.

Actually, I have never bought a ticket there so I did not know this. It seems to me that the distinction should be the expected behaviour (e.g. no swearing) rather than whether you have kids with you (in other words, the word "family" designates that the environment is suitable for families, which may consist of only adults!).

I want to vote for a 70k capacity but there's no option - all because my wife is demanding that I get hold of tickets for her and my daughters to go see 1D once the place is open

      My first post.

Im a season ticket holder at Aldershot. I went to my first QPR game this season against Birmingham at home as a neutral. Decided not to go to an away game for Aldershot and thought me and my uncle would go up to Loftus Road and bought tickets on the Friday night before the match. Not expecting much and never been to a League 1 game or higher I really enjoyed the day out and had to come back for more. I enjoy how close the stands are to the pitch, I suppose it can be intimidating to opposition players i guess. I also like how close Westfields and my uncle always parks there. I feel parking could be a struggle at the new stadium. Ive been to 9 home games this year and 3 away games with QPR but will be renewing my season ticket with the Shots and will continue to attend games next season hopefully amassing the same amount of games.

MARK Warburton says that his QPR squad will be fit and firing for Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship clash away at promotion favourites Leeds United.

The R’s suffered their first defeat in four games on Monday night, losing out to Brentford in W12, but the boss insists that there will be no sign of a hangover when they walk out at Elland Road.

“It’s a demanding league; the games come thick and fast so you can’t be sitting there and feeling sorry...

“We have got to set the highest possible standards for ourselves. We gave away a really sloppy goal against Blackburn. From 4-1 and cruising, we survived a warning shot and we were loose and we have got to recognise that and be better.

“It was a good win going into the break; four goals, four different scorers and more goals for our front two. It was great for Brighty and Ebs [to score] too but we were loose on too many occasions.”

AS MARK Warburton readies his troops for Blackburn this weekend, he has called on his players to “deliver a performance” in west London.

The R’s suffered a 3-0 loss at Cardiff City on Wednesday night and the R’s boss admits his post-match speech to the players was one that needed to be carefully considered.

“It was important we got the message right to the players,” Warburton explained.

“There is no denying we lost...

Final match before the annoying international break, both sides not in the best of RECENT form heading into this one. We failed to beat Luton and Forest at HOME, but from our point of view, I am hoping our AWAY DAYS are much more lucky.

Been impressed with QPR's start to the season, as I was worried about the amount of new faces coming in. However they have hit the ground running and are scoring plenty or goals and have been in amongst the top end of the table for the most part of...

“The fact of the matter is we have lost a game of football and it hurts. If it doesn’t hurt then you shouldn’t be in the game. The good thing is we have a very swift chance to make amends.”

MARK Warburton admits he and his squad are hurting following Saturday’s defeat – but they welcome the early opportunity to “make amends” when they visit Cardiff City on Wednesday night.

After four consecutive wins, QPR lost 2-0 against...
