Doesn't seem like they had any plans for the land until we came knocking. So what do they want, football pitches and a pavilion that will take up taxpayers money and probably be run by the council or a state of the art training complex with much better kept pitches and facilities run by a professional club at no cost whatsoever to the taxpayer that the public can still use by joining certain clubs and groups?

Hopefully the club will start working on this now. Anyone know how long it is likely to take and when QPR can start training there?

The worm has turned though because after paying their legal fees and the councils they will all be looking for jobs there.

Excellent news. I hope the club can really make a difference to the local community too, and prove the local Protestors wrong. By the way, they are not the enemy and don’t deserve ridicule . People who stand up for what they believe in deserve admiration ( unless they support Chelsea of course!).

Ground work and ground fill could start as soon as QPR want get things underway after all the vast majority of the protect will be ground work ie the fill drainage car parking ect the weather won't be a problem to any construction

they can probably begin prepping work on the site at least but i doubt that any proper building will take place until the spring due to the weather
