    Yer definitely gonna need to sweeten the deal. Just have the feeling we was trying to do it on the cheap and paying millions was not in the gameplan.

      Agree eyes bigger then our appetite which is a shame as the wealth of those involved combined means they actually did not have to do it cheap. Plenty of land everyone can have a slice of the pie if they had played it right
