interesting to finally hear something about Samba. Like getting Kane, but we definitely need CB cover!

Am totally against the pointless signing of harry kane. we have austin and cheverton plus aj will be ready after the international break.
Also, we could do with helping hitchu build his confidence and experience up instead of signing a reserve team player from another club on loan.
    nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐

Harry knows what he's doing Hits.....Remember all the other years when we had a bare 11 and no options.

100% with Hitman on this. Kane hardly set the Championship alight in his other loans, no need for him when we have three forwards with AJ back and can use Tom to gain experience.

Really dont want that kane kid. Its almost like harry gets some big bonus pay out if he takes spurs kids and sends them back ready for the first team. Why do we want or need him when hes done nothing of note anywhere, and we have our own so called 'wonder kid'? Dont get it. Worrying thing is, if he does come, will it be like carroll, that he gets played every game at the cost of someone better.

Well of course Harry does. Harry would have loads of players in each position if possible, just look at our midfield. Doesn't actually mean Kane is needed though, or that he in any way improves our options.

Surely it will improve options because it's another player to pick

Or it de-motivates a perfectly good young striker who is actually ours? If we are talking about someone who walks into the first team and is better than Austin/AJ/Chevanton then sure, go for it. But a young striker who's been in this division and just been OK? Don't see the point myself with Hitchcock around.

Do we know if this is true?....Bottom line the manager of our team wants more players ...good enough for me...Only aim for us this season is to be promoted, and that's all Harry is concentrating on

We don't know if anything is true. But just saying Harry knows what he is doing as if that is some policy to let him sign whoever he wants is a bit silly in my view. Not as if all his signings for us have been successes. The guy has done a great job, but not even questioning any of these potential signings is a bit, well, odd for me.

Plus it makes for a very dull message board to just accept it

Harrys motto. If they are from Spurs they are good enough and can walk straight into our team.

....Unbeaten in a promotion place give him what he wants, it's not like Hughes chucking money after players no-ones heard of. Which signings of Harry's were sh*t then?
Samba?.....Was never fit,... but 99% of this board were in raptures when he signed. Remy? ...Jenas?..Townsend?...?
