At the moment no, but I still don't believe he is any good. He's just got the players running hard which is pretty basic. Sir Les I think has talked & helped the striking movement & shots regardless of his role at QPR
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

i did say i thought his position was untenable when he said he would leave if we were relegated. I have never wanted him out though, who the hell would be better anyway. Look at the pardew case , twice those insane barcode fans have demanded him out and look what he has done both times after ashley kept the faith.

No on the basis of he has now got us playing well and actually playing the exciting attacking brand that he is known for which has been missing the previous two years

I think he knew his job was on the line after the WHU game and fair play to him he brought renewed vigour to the squad from the Liverpool game onwards.

A good sign too that he was prepared to fight to save his job and moreover the players believed in him and fought for him too.

I think TF will assess the situation at the end of the season depending on a) how we've fared b) what division we're in and c) whether HR himself still has the hunger and motivation to continue.

Keep him until the end of the season but line up a replacement and get all our business done EARLY for a change.

Needs to be looked at around Christmas in my view, and definitely replaced at the end of the season.
