I hold my hands up and say I criticised him a few months ago on here for not wearing a poppy but on reflection I was wrong. It’s his call and he should be respected for it.
I don’t know exactly what was said to him but if there was reference to him being Irish, for example, if he was called an Irish €c unt, then yes, there should be action against those who were part of it.
If he was merely caled a c unt or similar and told he was wrong for not wearing a poppy then hopefully the investigation will verify that at which point the club imo, should not take any action.
