I tweeted exactly that. I know pens are given
for these types of challenges, but for me they are dives.
Just because a leg or GK's hand is hanging, the attacker should
not get a pen imo for throwing himself at it. If that makes sense.
Attackers now hang a leg out, like a dog having a ####, so they
catch the defender's leg.
