During the conversation the female caller referred to herself as "sis gender".

"Sorry", he said, "did you just say sis gender?"

"Yes" she replied.

"What's that" he asked.

"It means that I identify with the gender I was assigned at birth" she said.

"So I presume you were born a female, is that right?"

"Yes"

"And you identify now as a female?"

"Yes"

"So doesn't that just make you a female?"

To which she responded, "Well, it's a bit more complicated than that."
