Been saying for weeks that specialist defending positions looked vulnerable. Said a couple of days ago that key issues hadn't been addressed (and took stick for it). Said that Rob Green needs a solid back four otherwise he becomes a liability.

Talk about a wake up call. Which could be a good thing. Fingers out all round.

Well I think most fans were very surprised that 2 top quality centre backs werent the priority for Hughes. Our defence was poor last season and nothing's been done about it. Needs addressing urgently.

We were playing really good football in the first half...... but once again the defensive rug was pulled from under our feet and it then propagated throughout the whole team.
