We've played far, far worse than that away from home this season, and playing out and out attacking against a counter attacking team would have been suicide.

I think we've been a little unlucky there to be frank.

Still zero points, and still means we need to beat Stoke and Tottenham at home.

    And hope.
Not scapegoating for the result, just stating that he hasn't offered anything to the team since about October. Seeing as he's played at the highest levels in English football, he's the type of player that should be pushing us forward.

I'd rather Tommy Smith played instead. Anyone know why he wasn't on the bench?

I wonder if we were a bit tired, playing sun, wed, sat?

I'm sure we were, and Bolton will have to play twice a week till the end of the season now - so we won't be alone in that.

Let's hope a rejuvenated Swansea do us a favour against Bolton next week.

We need another of those excellent team performances at home next week.
At home to Tottering Hotspur, and Stroke, nothing short of maximum points will do.
As for the aways, to Chelshyte, and Man Shitty, forget them. The way we approach away games in this league, means we will not get anything from those two fixtures.
Pity that, because a good side, with an attacking policy, can easily get something at Stamford Bridge. Ahh, well.

worst away record in the league so we need 6 points from our remaining 2 home games

It really is going to be very difficult to beat Tottenham. Very good side who will also be viewing the game as a 'must win' fixture in their race for a Champions League spot.
