Could happen, most of our rivals are playing each other. But, we'll melt again and fail to take advantage. I reckon another draw and we stay broadly where we are in the table is the most "QPR" outcome. Still, wait and see the team.. I suspect Saito and Varane are under pressure plus we don't know who's fatigued or carrying a knock.Originally posted by SheepRanger View PostInto the top six.....

We'll squad rotate irrespective of knocks, such is modern football. Perhaps Poko / Smyth / Field to start?Originally posted by Abseits View Post

I thought Burrell looked like he may need a rest so I’d play Bennie as I think he’s similar. Saito wasn’t as effective so Smith for him and Poku for Dembele. Morrison for cook if jcs unfit. The game schedule is nuts the way these guys run about when the travelling takes valuable rest time out

No chance , we are so poor away from home. We set up not to concede then when we do , we start trying . How about we put a bit of energy and effort in from the off . Would rather lose putting in the effort , than sneak a win with our drab effortless walking football , Like Swansea away. Yesterday the defence were too deep and when the front four were pressing , Pompey easily played through and around us. Our defence and centre mids sit deep and never seem to put pressure on the ball , obviously a tactic from Stephan but i hate it . Would rather we put effort in and pressure the oppo , control the game , we have enough players in the squad to rotate now but doubt many are tired from yesterday because they did'nt even try until second halfOriginally posted by SheepRanger View PostInto the top six.....

I do think modern football has too many athletes and not enough technicians. A decent quality two-footed player with a football brain should be able to stroll about and let the ball do the work. Madsen is a good example of this. But, there are too many players with questionable technique who carve out a career as a pro footballer by dint of running a lot. This has led to the normalisation of players being knackered after playing 4 games in 12 days.

They're still insisting it's All-Ticket and they go off sale at 10am tomorrow (Mon).
Seems pointless to be discouraging last minute purchases particularly given that most folks don't know what day it is currently and the fixture feels bank holiday-ish.
Still, it is what it is... Less than 24hrs to pull the trigger if you wanna by a ticket.

You can't be close to ground AND get a quick getaway unfortunately given they shut down roads around ground afterwards. Go on Google Street View and have a look at roads off Birmingham Road to the West of big roundabout/junction with M5. Alternatively, Parkopedia is a good website for finding paid for car parking in carparks that normally only allow 2 hours (supermarkets, retail parks etc).Originally posted by Dono77 View PostAnyone recommend a place to park somewhere thats not too far from the ground that is free and allows a quick get away rather than being blocked in car parks next to the ground? 1503 away fans tonight. Thought it be more than that but factor in lots of fans are away at this time of year. Shame it wasn't closer to to 2k. Dont get the thing about going off sale at midday. You woukd think west brom would allow pay at the gate fans. Its not like another 500 were going to roll up at 7:30!!
