Absolutely Bus. I think we have a reasonably good manager and a good first eleven (plus one or two others). Apart from that, not much.
He played right into Millwalls' hands today though. Work out what a team doesn't like (in Millwall's case it was speed coming at them). So, leave your 2 fastest (and maybe best) players on the bench until late on.
As for Kone and Frey playing together. I don't think so

Can't believe we lost that.
We absolutely roasted them, but the ball just wouldn't fall for us, and they got lucky.
Happy with our play and intensity.
Just can't always pull back a 2 goal lead against a side that are happy to sit in the box and hoof it.
Move on as long as the players still believe and play like that we'll be ok

I cannot understand why we extended Frey contract. Would it be better if Kolli is giving more game time? Two lapses in defence cost us the game. Frey only involvement should be to replace Kone when he tire near the end. However, we deserved a point.

Happy with overall effort but do think that when, in the last 10mins, both Cook and Dembele were just to rash and better then trying an overhead and two really loose volleys.

Its something we'll never know.

But doing normal jobs we can fudge our way through the first few days following an 8hr plus flight. But at Championship level football you need to be 100% physically and mentally on it. Personally, I had no issues with Siato and Burrell being used subs. The players out there should have been more than capable of beating Millwall, and it was Cook who cost us points if we need to point fingers.

Seen lots of fans saying we need a player in midfield that can drive forward with the ball and create chances but appear to completely disregard Vale filling that role, he has a good first touch and can see an early pass . Play him alongside Madsen and Varane and we have 3 players that are defensively sound and 2 players with a creative edge to their game. Numerous managers have tried Field in that box to box role why not Vale?
