I would love to be proved wrong about Marti but i just don't see any plan in our play , we very rarely play well even when we win. Most of the time we nick a win , especially away from home. I would say Luton and Plymouth away were the only games i could say we deserved the win and maybe Watford away. Even Derby at home we struggled and it was only after the first goal we settled. With the type of small so called flair players in our team we should be playing more on the front foot and passing about in the oppo half , rather than passing it about between defenders and keeper then hoofing it and losing possesion, Marti is a boring negative manager, i believe with our squad and a decent manager we would be higher up the league. The standard of teams in this league is very poor bar the top four with all the money so we could be a lot higher with a decent manager.

I agree very much with Harrow QPR. No obvious plan.
Keeps playing Paal mysteriously. Hopeless footballer.
Awful entertainment win, lose or draw. The situation is difficult but not dire due to our little run.
I'm a bit lost for words actually.
Football under Marti, is no longer a spectator sport I fear.
It is so lucky for Marti that the Hoops mean so much to so many. Otherwise why would you watch that?
I would certainly not rule out replacing him.

While you're right, no obvious plan, I'd counter that most 'total football, play out from the back' teams lack a plan on the surface. We seem to want to invite the press, but then do very little to exploit the space gained when it works. Then if the other team hold back we lack the ideas to effect regular chances.Originally posted by daveshads View PostI agree very much with Harrow QPR. No obvious plan.

I just think we're lacking in quality, grit, poor opposition, our our plans coming off on afew occasions, and afew lucky moments have gotten us this far, i do think trusting the process is the way to go here.
Not looking foward to Leeds though.

Nourry needs to leave his laptop at home..let the grown ups who know football make the decisions. He is clueless. Can we not find someone who has some experience and can find decent young lads in league 1 and 2?Originally posted by Dedders View PostJust thankful that we had a short run to get some points in the bin or we’d be in a proper relegation scrap. Big summer for the kid in charge and his magic laptop
Why are we wandering around Scandinavia looking for lads who are not ready for championship football.
wake up belk and nourry!!!

That's it in a nutshell , no pace or aggression.Originally posted by shaggy24 View Post
I know you don’t rate marti harrow but if he’s not involved into recruitment as much as nourry then it’s that side holding us back more than marti
Were either great to watch or couple of sh it I’m not of fan of possession football as we ain’t prem top 4 and most players lack the technical ability to do it well
having so many out of contract don’t help and squad depth is poor we’ve been crying out for 2x full backs for what 3-4 seasons at least paal i find a complete liability and dunne our best rb who’s a cb even the loan Ashby is l1 level
Nardi id like to come for crosses better but same could be said of Dieng and begovic
As for Marti I can’t see anyone else doing much more with what we’ve got playing staff but I would like him to change set up and we play with a lot more pace and aggression
No intent to get it forward quickly.
It's boring safe football continually passing it backwards allowing oppo to get into shape.
I was frustrated and bored at wba and left 5 mins early ,( I knew we wouldn't score) and I never do that .
