How didn't the ref see the goalscorer push Cook to the floor to get a free header.

He got bullied mate. In the prem it's prob a free kick to us but in the Championship it's play on. Nothing wrong with it. He wanted it more than cook and field.

Frustrating game . Should have, could have from Frey. Nardi for 93 mins MOM not sure why he tried to mix it up at the end Paal was opposite poor for most of the game but a great pass for Frey. Thought Saito could have been replaced earlier. Gutted

This didn't age well...awesome for 94 mins then sat on his butt for the goal. Although to be fair to him, Coventry seemed a bit too close to him on every corner.

Thomas is their best header of the ball , why wasn't our best header of the ball Dunne marking him. I honestly thought they were going to score from every corner , i have no confidence in the way we defend set pieces . People have said it before , why do we continue to defend with every man back for corners , what is the point in bringing our 3 midgets back for corners , chair, smyth and Saito , leave them upfield to make the oppo leave more men back , therefore the box is less crowded. Also put Dunne on their best header of the ball.

Quite surreal, I was "seeing it" going in before the corner was taken - I kinda knew as they broke through our non-existent midfield after our 27th duff corner we were in trouble.

Bit annoying, but dont think we deserved more than a point so its only 1 point dropped. Need to show a lot more gumption and get more actual shots in on Friday night.

I think Marti needs to accept that Chair's season is a write-off - we can't keep picking him game after game when he's just not giving us anything. With Dembele back soon that could be the "excuse" Marti needs to ease Illy aside. I'm not questioning Chair's effort or attitude but he just ain't clicking and if the hope was regular game time would get him back on track, well, it's not working.

There is no way Marti will drop Chair , he loves him . Chair should have been our first sub tonight , his legs had gone , should have brought Morgan or the Spurs kid on for him.

The Spurs kid has amazing touch, feel we need to use him more.

Be good to see Yang and Koki start, Smyth has been excellent this year but feel we need a change up if we're starting with Frey, who i would have subbed earlier, was ineffective.

There's some good options, think Frey would do better with Lloyd or Kolli in that number 10 role and the Asians (sorry) casuing chaos on the wings.

Koki didn't really achieve anything last night but it's exciting when he gets the ball, somethig different about to happen. Have that on both wings and teams be puzzling.

Looking at the replays scorer didn't touch him. It was a perfect ball for him to nut in. Gotta take the hurt on to Friday.

Give the Brazilian lad a run before the end of the season just for a bit of experience. Even if we have nothing to play for and are sitting nicely in mid table then it's a good time to give him a few mins.

Good idea. Although last night didn’t work out we are still putting in performances that are far and beyond the last couple of seasons. Don’t mind losing every now and then,difference now is l think and the team think we can win any game. Won’t get relegated and probably won’t make playoffs so good time to try a few options especially as we could lose a few in the summer

This isn't sour grapes, just my general opinion... I found Derby's antics at corners ridiculous - was like a big scrummage or game of British Bulldog. Given every other aspect of today's game is non-contact it seems odd how the ref tolerated freestyle wrestling at corners. Ironically, I don't think they did anything wrong for that last corner but I think their antics in the previous 50 corners had kind of wobbled and unstabilised us and we forgot basic principles of marking and Nardi seemed confused by not actually having a Cov player in his face for a change. Frey did have to come off but when he was on the field he got his head on a lot of their corners so we missed his physicality back in our box right when it most mattered. BTW.. had we done all our subs at that point? Could we have subbed a midget to get a taller player on for that last kick?

Yep i'll second that, most frustrating loss this season and i was on the couch, feel for the guys that went all the way to Coventry on a Tuesday night.
