I don't think we can judge Celar yet, he hasn't been given a run, he's had cameos at best from memory, maybe more minutes early doors but he's not gonna bed in with 3 or 4 minutes at the end of games. I get that Frey is on form but we can't judge a guy who isn't getting solid game time. Development side is a bit tough on a Slovenian international, he's developed already, he just needs to gel with the team and Championship football.
