Lucky deflection and one of those things. Definitely against the run of play. The Sunderland game is the one that has annoyed me because we will be safe in the league. It's all about the cup that we messed up onI played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!Comment

The good. Albert the MOTM. Dykes and Chair always a threat. Better hustle from Johansen. Better play from Moses.
The bad. Dieng too casual and/or slow on clears. Inability to close out a winning hand (second goal). Luck of late; Austin non-goal followed by a deflection should-not-have-been goal.
Assuming McCallum now likely out until at least after the break, means we start Albert and Moses on the wings the next two games. Can’t get Wallace and Field back fast enough.Comment

Can't agree with you there. It's a shot going straight at the keeper and as knowing our luck at the minute it clips Dunne and goes in. It could only happen to us. Thought the team played really well second half.
Dykes should have got a second and too many times our final ball was poor but effort wise I thought the lads gave everything. Although dieng is going to cost us a goal or 2 this season with his poor control under pressure.
He needs a #######ing for that.Comment

Like Groundhog Day. Every week the same old story. Can’t close a game out. Here comes the breadman with the ‘we have to manage the game better’ rhetoric... heard it all before.
Players looked out on their feet and not their fault with 3 games in 6 days but the continuous lack of common sense in the last 5 minutes is frightening.Comment

Good performance against one of the form teams in the league.
SJ much better than recently.
Dozzell quite good.
Great commitment everywhere.
Got better as game went on.
In the play offs.
Lets not lose focus on the fact that this was much better than the last two games.
Without the deflection, they wouldn’t have scored.

Adomah man of the match. What a player ... if only he was 8 years younger. Moses did very well, as did Dozzell. Time to rest some 'always present' players and see more of Dozzell, Amos and Duke. Forest was better than us, however, we did improve second half. Pity we conceded late again and with a deflection.Comment

We were better for probably 25 mins of the game the other 65 we were outplayed not good enough, typical slow start in the first half we scored against the run of play after half time the first 20 we were a bit better but they had a lot more possession, then the next 20 - 25 we were well on top, then got mugged in injury time, but we should have had free kick in the corner just before they scored.
unlucky with the deflection but we were poor in seeing the game out.Comment

We didn’t concede due to a lack of common sense. W managed the game very well and got caught out by a massive deflection.
I thought the tactical changes we made second half were excellent.
We showed common sense.
We were just unlucky.
There is no one to blame.Comment
