Why do we fall behind, and react by passing the ball around to each other with only a shot or two on goal? And when we finally get a ball moving forward on the ring our first instinct is to slow it down, pass backward, allowing the other side to pack their defense?Comment

Today has exposed a serious lack of pace in our team. We have to play it slow and in front of them because we can't break them down and are too slow to get in behind them.

Sorry, but that's not all true. The much simpler solution would have been moving Kakay (a defender) into the centre of defence and reinstall Kane at RWB. Leave the centre of midfield (the engine) alone.Comment
