I'm not backing the manager, it's a results based business but I don't know who is going to come in and get scoring out of this team, is there someone out there?

He needs to go because he won’t change his tactics or formation which means the striker is not getting any chances to score.

We had drossball from JFH and now have MW delivering his version of it.

I would get rid of him if they fail to beat Stoke on Tuesday and give the next guy a few games in December to assess his squad before the window opens in January.

My thoughts personally I’d boot him tonight and get a blind bloke in for Tuesday honestly I’d take Pearson in heartbeat this shower needs to toughen up at least a new bloke can look at where he needs faces sadly I’m a die hard Rs fan and it’s a lot of new faces needed on peanuts you get monkeys

This is my concern with sacking him now, we are making an assumption that someone who is presently unemployed who doesn't know our squad is going to do better, maybe they would, I'm not sure I trust LF to make this decision!
