It's not the fact he's using youngsters that winds people up Pinks. It's the fact there is no rhyme or reason that anyone can fathom to his decisions. I mean who in their right mind would have envisaged Smyth getting picked today?

The correct way to blood a young player is to utilise them in a cup match or from the subs bench before throwing them into an important league match. Surely Oteh and BOS should have been before Smyth in the pecking order?

Like a few have said, I hope the gamble pays off. Big risk though. Our fans aren't the most patient at the best of times. At the moment, many of them are baying for blood. Can kill a kids confidence pretty quick in that type of environment.
