they changed their formation due to the way we were bossing the game for the first 10 minutes.

and we couldn't cope. Olly isn't capable of thinking on the hoof, never was as a player.

Going forward we need Smith Sylla plus width ie service. Defence wise I've been saying it for ages: they don't look properly drilled however they set up, and that is down to defensive coaching.

We need to play different system when we play away from home. At home, it works because most of the opponents take a laid-back approach. When we play away, I would rather go to four at the back, four in the middle and Freeman playing behind a lone striker. We are not blessed with the best talent in our squad, so cannot expect to attack at full force. We must make sure to get a point first, and then try to win on the counter. Tbh, we have never been overrun this season away, however, our system makes it easy to our opponents to destroy us if things go their way.

In fairness to uncle he has said him and shareholders would cover any FFP fine. Not done a great job but he does stick his money where his mouth is.
