Conor and Smith are non-existent. Maybe the fifteen days of rest did not help us much. Derby are all over us and we are giving the ball away time and time again. Ollie need to make some changes quickly.

Derby looked very nervous first 5/10 mins but are finding now so much space everywhere. Must say our midfield look a bit lost and totally unable to keep the ball and make simple passes. Good solid defensive display but we are giving them so much space on the wings even though we have Bidwell and Furlong as cover there. Washington has had absolutely no service.
Would like to see Perch go off and Bidwell reverting to left back and bringing on NgBakoto out on the left as a positive forward outlet. Wszolek getting absolutely no space at all as we are overloading that side of the pitch. I would like us to try and win this game and not try and see it out as a draw. Hope Ollie sees this too.

Come on Ollie you need to change this. We miss Luongo and his driving from midfield. It's ok having tigerish midfielders like Manning and Freeman but there seems to be no presence there at all. No one wants to get on the ball and make it theirs.
