it is clear to me that we need the following players...........

center back, an out and out right winger, cover for left back, cover for left wing position, 1 or possibly two strikers.
oh and the most important creative offensive midfielder.

there is still so much work to do in the transfer market.

we also need the following gone... granero, caesar,bosingwa, mbia and park

We just signed Dunne as a CB. SWP on the right, although it seems Townsend is still a possibility (fingers crossed). Suk Young and Traore for left back. Traore can go on to the wing if Hoillet is unavailable. Park's not going anywhere so he can play both on the right or the left as well. Remy as well can play on the left if by chance he stays. Definitely need a striker, two if Remy leaves. With their fitness and age Zamora and Johnson combined are worth about one regular striker.

We just need two good strikers (easier said than done). I think everybody else looks ok and remember these are only preseason and we seem to be improving.
